Data Deletion Request

GoSendAPI Cloud (operated by Gestic OR SA) respects the right of data subjects to request deletion of their personal information. This page describes the procedure to exercise that right.
1. Who can request deletion?
- Integrating customers: businesses or individuals who use the platform to send messages.
- End users: individuals who received messages through a customer of the Service and whose data (phone number, message content) is registered in our systems.
2. How to submit the request
Send an email to contacto@gosendapi.com with the subject "Data deletion request" including:
- Full name or business name of the requester.
- Valid identification (national ID, tax ID, or equivalent document) — to verify ownership.
- Phone number or account identifiers related to the data to be deleted.
- Details of which information should be deleted.
Identity verification is necessary to prevent fraudulent requests.
3. Response time
We acknowledge receipt of the request within 72 hours. We process deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days from identity verification, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326.
4. What is deleted
- Subject's contact data in our operational databases.
- Content and metadata of messages associated with the subject, in systems under our direct control.
- Operational logs containing personal identifiers (subject to natural log rotation).
5. Exceptions
We will not be able to delete data when there exists:
- Legal obligation to retain (for example, tax or judicial regulations).
- Need to fulfill an active contract with the subject.
- Ongoing claims or disputes where data serves as evidence.
In these cases we will inform the subject of the reason for the exception and the period during which data must be retained.
6. Data at Meta
Messages exchanged through the WhatsApp Cloud API are also processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. To request data deletion at Meta, see: WhatsApp Help Center.
